These ultra-small, feature-rich touch & proximity controllers are designed for applications such as smartphones, tablets, wearables, industrial, and automotive sectors.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented semiconductor Applications Manager with automotive sensing experience to define our capacitive sensor product portfolio for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead applications team and manage priorities to align with company goals. (10%)
• Define next-generation products based on customer needs, innovation, market analysis, regulatory trends, R&D, and cost considerations. (30%)
• Generate and update marketing definitions and datasheets. (10%)
• Collaborate with R&D during design and until production release. (20%)
• Prepare technical training and promotional materials for new product launches. (10%)
• Conduct technical training for sales teams, partners, and distributors worldwide. (10%)
• Engage with key customers to understand their challenges and promote new products. (10%)

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in semiconductor Applications Management
• Deep experience with sensing technologies for automotive applications
• Experience with capacitive, touch, magnetic/hall sensing
• Strong analog and mixed-signal circuitry knowledge
• Self-driven with troubleshooting skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with ability to share technical knowledge
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Desired Qualifications

• Master’s in Electrical Engineering
• Bilingual abilities (French, German, Italian, Chinese, Korean, Japanese) are highly desirable
