Job Summary

We seek a talented semiconductor Applications Manager with automotive sensing experience to define our capacitive sensor product portfolio for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

1. Lead applications team and manage priorities aligned with company goals. (10%)
2. Define next-generation products based on customer needs, innovations, market analysis, regulations, R&D, and cost constraints. (30%)
3. Generate and update marketing specifications and datasheets. (10%)
4. Collaborate with R&D during design and production phases to address product definitions. (20%)
5. Create technical training and promotional materials for new product success. (10%)
6. Conduct technical training for sales teams, partners, and distributors worldwide. (10%)
7. Visit key customers to understand their challenges and promote new products. (10%)

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in semiconductor Applications Management.
• Deep experience in sensing technologies for automotive applications.
• Experience with capacitive, touch, magnetic/hall sensing.
• Strong analog and mixed-signal circuitry knowledge.
• Self-driven with troubleshooting skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively and share technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. (Required)

Desired Qualifications

• Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
• Bilingual abilities (French/German/Italian/Chinese/Korean/Japanese) are highly desirable.
