Job Summary

We are seeking a talented semiconductor Applications Manager with automotive sensing experience to define our capacitive sensor product portfolio for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

1. Lead applications team and manage priorities to align with company goals. (10%)
2. Define next-generation products based on customer needs, innovation, market analysis, regulations, R&D, and cost considerations. (30%)
3. Generate and update marketing definitions and datasheets. (10%)
4. Collaborate with R&D during design and production phases to address product definitions. (20%)
5. Prepare technical training and promotional materials for new product launches. (10%)
6. Conduct technical training for sales teams, distributors, and partners worldwide. (10%)
7. Visit key customers to understand their challenges and promote new products. (10%)

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in semiconductor Applications Management
• Deep experience with sensing technologies for automotive applications
• Experience with capacitive, touch, magnetic/hall sensing
• Strong analog and mixed-signal circuitry knowledge
• Self-driven with troubleshooting skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with ability to share technical knowledge
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Desired Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Bilingual abilities (French/German/Italian/Chinese/Korean/Japanese) preferred

Compensation

Estimated pay range: $103,103 - $191,477, based on qualifications, skills, education, experience, location, and other factors.
