Answer inbound customer calls, internet inquiries, and live chat requests
Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the dealership team
Respond quickly and professionally using phone, email, text, and CRM communication tools
Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information
Assist customers with basic financing information and next steps
Follow up consistently with leads that are not yet ready to purchase or missed appointments
Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity within the CRM system
Work closely with sales teams and dealership leadership to improve customer experience and appointment success
Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement sessions
Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, email, and texting platforms
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
