Job Description:

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking experienced automotive professionals to join our consulting team. Our industry-leading software solutions, award-winning sales, service, and support have established us as a respected leader in the automotive industry.

Role Overview:

As an Automotive Business Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include establishing professional relationships with customers and assisting their dealerships to become more efficient, effective, and profitable. You will collaborate with dealership personnel to identify issues and utilize proven consulting services and your industry knowledge to resolve them. Post-project, you will follow up to maintain relationships and provide ongoing support, thereby fostering trust and encouraging further consulting service sales. Training Program:

Our comprehensive training includes approximately 90 days of field experience with seasoned consulting and sales representatives, online courses from your home, and classroom instruction at our Dayton and Houston offices. During training, your compensation will be a base salary of $57,000-$60,000, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses after 6-9 months. Total expected income post-training (including base and bonuses) exceeds $80,000.

Minimum Requirements:

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, fewer than 2 moving violations in the past three years, and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
• At least 3 years of automotive dealership experience, such as Office Manager, Controller (automotive accounting), or Accounts Payable/Receivable Representative.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively overnight (up to 5 nights per week).
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds accounting software is highly preferred.
