Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Business Analyst, Automotive to support the Incentive Dealer Program through data processing, quality control, and business analysis. This remote role partners with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations that improve program performance and client outcomes.

You will enter incentives in Fusion, perform quality checks, respond to research requests, develop queries, and create dashboards to track KPI trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expert Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power formulas to transform data into BI insights.

Responsibilities

• Enter monthly program incentives with high accuracy using Fusion.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure data integrity of incentive information.
• Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and respond to research requests.
• Analyze program reporting trends to identify insights and drive improvements.
• Develop queries and routines to support reporting objectives and recurring recommendations to teams.
• Recommend process improvements and client-centric enhancements based on data insights.
