A family-owned dealership in Mechanicsburg is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and eCommerce transactions. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping and be proficient with ADP and dealership management systems like Lightspeed. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting dealership operations through strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Competitive salary offered between $50,000-$60,000/year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience processing biweekly payroll using ADP or similar systems required.
• Strong experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Ensure accurate invoicing for all transactions.
