Job summary

Revology Cars is seeking a BOM Controller to establish and maintain accurate Bills of Materials for vehicle programs throughout development and production. You will collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Purchasing, Material Planning, Scheduling, Production, and Program Management to ensure configurations and part data are reflected in the BOM and implemented in manufacturing.

This role requires sharp attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of BOM management experience.
• Experience with multi-level BOMs containing thousands of components.
• Strong understanding of part numbering and revision control.
• Familiarity with ERP, MRP, PLM systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate across Product Development, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain prototype and production BOMs throughout development lifecycle.
• Ensure BOM data is complete and accurate (part numbers, descriptions, quantities, revisions).
• Coordinate with Design and Release Engineers to reflect changes in the BOM.
• Track BOM maturity and readiness through milestones.
• Manage BOM changes from engineering releases and supplier changes.
• Maintain configuration control across vehicle models and program revisions.
• Reconcile part-number, sourcing, and revision discrepancies with Purchasing.
