Qualifications

• 5+ years of collision repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate collision damage and perform body repair on vehicles.
• Test and inspect vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical and interior damage.
• Collaborate with estimator to determine repair cost.
• Repair operations may include straightening bent bodies, replacing body parts, removing dents and damaged panels, and refinishing metal using various tools.
• Demonstrate adherence to safety and quality standards.

As a Body Shop Technician, you will be tasked with evaluating collision damage and performing body repair on vehicles. This process begins with testing and checking vehicles to determine the amount of structural, body, mechanical and interior damage. You will also work with the estimator to determine the cost of the repair. Repairs to the vehicle may include straightening bent bodies, replacing body parts, removing dents and damaged panels and refinishing the metal using a variety of tools. Collision experience is preferred, but we will consider graduates from respected automotive collision programs as well. Become part of the Faulkner Family and join our team!
