• Previous automotive body technician experience in a collision center or dealership environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., I-CAR, ASE in Collision Repair) are preferred but not required.
• Commitment to safety practices, quality workmanship, and professional communication with team members and customers.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and operate shop equipment as needed to perform body and paint repairs.

Role Description The Automotive Body Technician role is a full-time, on-site position located in Dallas, TX. Day-to-day tasks include sanding, priming, and painting surfaces, blending paint to match OEM finishes, and ensuring all repairs meet safety and quality standards. The technician works closely with service advisors and other shop team members to prioritize work orders, document repair steps, and meet production timelines. Additional responsibilities include maintaining tools and equipment, following shop safety procedures, and supporting a clean, organized work environment.
