Qualifications

• Strong skills in collision repair and auto body work.
• Proficiency in vehicle maintenance related to body components, trim, and safety systems.
• Experience with paint preparation, color matching, refinishing, and blending techniques.
• Ability to interpret repair estimates, follow OEM procedures, and use diagnostic and measuring tools for precision work.
• Previous automotive body technician experience in a collision center or dealership environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., I-CAR, ASE in Collision Repair) are preferred but not required.
• Commitment to safety practices, quality workmanship, and professional communication with team members and customers.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and operate shop equipment as needed to perform body and paint repairs.
