Bettenhausen Automotive in Tinley Park, IL is seeking a full-time Automotive Biller to join our team. This role offers opportunities to expand accounting knowledge and grow within the organization, with training provided for the right candidate.

We offer competitive hourly pay dependent upon experience and a collaborative work environment. The position requires attention to detail and some evenings and Saturdays availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Accounting knowledge preferred; on-the-job training offered.
• Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Bill retail deals, dealer trades and wholesales, with all related accounting duties.
• Audit deal paperwork for accuracy and complete required signatures and VIN verification.
• Assemble, review, and submit funding packages per lender requirements.
• Compile reports on money due from deals (funding, deposits, rebates, sales proceeds, etc.).
• Post vehicle purchases into accounting and prepare title work accurately.
• Prepare daily and end-of-month sales/revenue statistics.
• Process payoffs and floored vehicles, reconcile accounting schedules.
• Communicate with Sales management on transactions and ensure taxes are calculated correctly.
