Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with title processing or DMV procedures is a plus.
• Ability to learn and adapt to dealership software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicles for registration in the appropriate state.
• Handle CVR processing for new and used car purchases.
• Prepare tax and title documents and submit to DMV.
• Verify funds and ensure lien payoff before title processing.
• Prepare payoff checks and post vehicle transactions in accounting records.
• Maintain and reconcile title work status and reports for management.
