Automotive Biller – VIP Automotive Group

Location: Long Island & New Jersey

Salary: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour based on experience.

Position Type: Full‑time. Schedule: Monday – Saturday with one day off during the week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Position Overview

The Automotive Biller / DMV Clerk processes dealership transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all state DMV regulations and dealership policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all new and used vehicle retail deals accurately and timely
• Process wholesale transactions and dealer trades (swaps)
• Review deal jackets for completeness and compliance
• Package funding contracts and maintain deal logs for accounting
• Post wholesale deals within required timelines
• Process manufacturer rebates and incentives
• Handle NVDR and RDR vehicle processing
• Process DMV paperwork within required state guidelines and deadlines
• Maintain accurate police books, plate books, and in‑transit records in accordance with New York State regulations
• Maintain detailed DMV logs and document tracking systems
• Submit registration and title documentation accurately and on time
• Coordinate DMV refunds and related accounting requests
• Ensure all required documentation is complete prior to releasing DMV paperwork
• Stock new and used vehicle inventory
• Enter information into dealership systems including VERIFY and DMS platforms
• Assist management with DMV compliance procedures and dealership processes
• Provide front desk and receptionist coverage on Saturdays
• Support accounting and administrative teams as needed
