Job summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a Business Development Representative at our Woodstock, IL location. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, handling inbound inquiries and proactive outreach to schedule appointments for the sales team.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a professional, team-oriented attitude. You will document interactions in the CRM, work with the sales team, and participate in scripts and processes to drive showroom traffic.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, call center experience, or inside sales required.
• Prior BDC experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work nights and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to online leads and phone inquiries.
• Initiate outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule and confirm sales appointments.
• Build rapport and maintain communication with potential customers.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement.
• Learn and apply scripts, techniques, and processes that lead to successful appointments.
• Follow up with leads that have not yet visited or purchased.
