Friendship Automotive is seeking an experienced BDC Manager to build and lead a high-performing Business Development team at our Bristol, TN location. You will coach agents, optimize CRM usage, and collaborate with leadership to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership or call center leadership experience preferred.
• 3+ years Automotive BDC experience preferred.
• Experience with automotive CRM systems preferred.
• Highly motivated and self-driven leadership skills.

• Proven experience as a supportive and flexible leader.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, process- and performance-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Hire, lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Agents.
• Collaborate with dealership leadership and sales to maximize lead conversion and satisfaction.
• Ensure CRM processes are followed and customer information is accurate.
• Monitor department performance to meet KPIs.
• Analyze reports to identify coaching opportunities and improve department effectiveness.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture with accountability and teamwork.
• Lead by example during peak periods and set the standard for excellence.
• Stay current on Friendship's processes, products, and industry best practices.

What You’ll Do:

• Hire, lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Agents

• Ensure CRM processes are followed consistently and customer information is maintained accurately


• Monitor department performance to ensure key performance indicators are consistently achieved


• Analyze reports and performance metrics to identify coaching opportunities and improve overall department effectiveness


• Foster a positive, high-energy culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement


• Lead from the front by actively assisting the team during peak business periods and setting the standard for excellence


• Stay current on Friendship's processes, products, and industry best practices
