The Assistant Manager is a full-time, hourly position serving as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include managing store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting performance goals.
Hourly range: $18.00-$20.00, with potential incentives based on experience.
