Position Details
Assistant Manager

Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling technicians, managing orders, ensuring quality work, and maintaining safety standards.

Service Manager

Assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of mechanics, and ensures customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality service. Communicates with customers to assess needs and ensures expectations are met.

Qualifications
