We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Toledo, OH area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

About the Position of Assistant Manager

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining the safety of team members.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. Service Managers ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely, high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance. They direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, drive Mavis sales initiatives, communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested or required repairs, and strive to meet customer expectations.
