We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the North Plainfield, NJ area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

About the Positions

Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling staff, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety.

Service Manager: Assists customers with tire selections and under-car repairs. Ensures customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance. Manages workflow of mechanics and technicians, promotes sales initiatives, and communicates with customers to assess needs and provide repair information.

Qualifications
