Job summary

MavisTire in Leesburg, GA is seeking full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to enhance the customer experience and manage daily operations. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager while ensuring smooth and effective store functioning, while the Service Manager will focus on customer satisfaction, directing service workflow, and ensuring timely vehicle repair completion.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and have relevant experience or training in automotive sales or repairs. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

About the Position of Assistant Manager

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians’ work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and the safety of team members.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under‑car repair services. They ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high‑quality vehicle repair and maintenance, directing the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, staging vehicle repair/maintenance work, communicating directly with customers, assessing customer needs, providing information on requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and striving to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Possess either:
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales; or
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance; or
  • Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
