Job summary

MavisTire in Foster Corners, NH, is seeking full-time Automotive Assistants and Service Managers to join Team Mavis. Successful candidates will support retail operations and assist customers in selecting tires and necessary repairs.

About the Position of Assistant Manager

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians' work, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations and maintain team safety.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. They direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair and maintenance work, and communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, ensure satisfaction and meet expectations.
