Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

About the Position of Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling technicians, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of mechanics and technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality vehicle services. They also promote sales initiatives and communicate with customers to assess needs and provide repair information.

Qualifications
