Qualifications

• Experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift, bend and perform repetitive tasks during shift.
• Demonstrates strong attention to quality and detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions.
• Install clips, bolts, fasteners, wiring, and other components.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Use basic hand and power tools as needed.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures.
