Job summary

GZQSO in Sterling Heights, MI is hiring Automotive Assembly Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. You will assemble automotive components in a fast-paced production environment, following work instructions and safety procedures.

We offer two shifts with hourly pay starting at $15.50, plus a $1.50 shift premium on the 3rd shift and a $2.00 raise after 3 months. Prior assembly experience helps but isn’t required. Strong attendance and reliable transportation are important.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and good attendance

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions
• Install clips, bolts, fasteners, wiring, and other components
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Use basic hand and power tools as needed
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures
