SURGE Staffing in Dexter, Missouri is seeking an Automotive Production Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing team focused on assembling automotive components with quality and safety in mind. You will operate production equipment, inspect products for defects, perform packaging and material handling, maintain daily output goals, and follow all safety procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, production, automotive, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work overtime when required.
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assemble automotive components and parts according to production specifications.
Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
Inspect products for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies.
Perform packaging, labeling, and material handling duties.
Maintain production goals and meet daily output requirements.
Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Assist with additional production duties as assigned.
