SL Tennessee in Clinton, TN, is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to oversee the production department resources, schedules and equipment in an automotive environment. You will supervise employees, ensure the production schedule, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety and quality standards.
The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience in automotive settings, with a preference for a college degree.

- 2-3 year supervisory experience in automotive environment.
- College degree preferred; advanced degree desirable.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
