Job summary

Omni One seeks an Assembly Production Manager to lead production operations at a Georgia automotive facility, ensuring safe, on-time, and cost-effective output. The role focuses on driving Lean and Six Sigma improvements, managing schedules, and mentoring production teams while collaborating with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership in assembly automotive environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and process improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and delivery goals.
• Develop and manage production schedules to support demand and on-time shipments.
• Coach and develop production teams to foster a positive culture.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve metrics.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor OEE, scrap, yield, downtime, and cycle times to improve performance.
• Maintain safe working environment and manage labor costs and budgets.
• Support new product launches, equipment implementation, and validations.
• Prepare operational performance reports for senior leadership.
