Job summary

Singer Vehicle Design in Torrance, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor, Assembly to lead a dedicated team on first shift. You’ll drive safety, quality, cost, and delivery while mentoring staff and maintaining a clean, efficient production flow. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive, composite, or assembly.
• Experience managing production teams (>3 years) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to lead cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production team to meet schedule on first shift.
• Monitor performance and enforce safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Coordinate staffing and resources with Production Manager.
• Communicate schedules and approve timecards.
• Mentor staff and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve processes.
• Report daily production status for each vehicle build.
