Job summary

Singer Vehicle Design, located in Torrance, CA, is seeking Assembly Technicians to contribute to the restoration and reimagination of Porsche 911s. You will assemble, fit, and finish components, diagnose build issues, and collaborate with a skilled team to meet tight quality standards.

The role is onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule, shift options, and a pay range of $25–$40 per hour plus bonus. Tools provided and growth opportunities are highlighted in our benefits package.

Qualifications

• ASE-certified or working toward it.
• At least 5 years of automotive experience (restoration, dealership, or manufacturing).
• Obsessed with details and accuracy in workmanship.
• Bonus for experience with early Porsche models.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble, fit, and finish components that bring our vehicles to life.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot build issues and find creative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Leads, Supervisors, and teammates to keep projects on track.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality in every detail.

Who We’re Looking For

• ASE-certified (or working toward it).
• At least 5 years of experience in automotive (restoration, dealership, or manufacturing).
• Obsessed with details, tools, and the art of getting things just right.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with early Porsche models.
• A true team player with a positive attitude.

Location & Schedule:

This position is onsite in Torrance, CA. The schedule for this role is Monday – Friday 1pm- 9:30pm and is eligible for a $1.50/hr shift differential. During initial training, you may need to work first shift which is 5am – 1:30pm.
