Job summary

MS Companies is seeking a Production Operator to join the Assembly Department in Smyrna, TN, on the 3rd shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM). This temp-to-hire role offers a pathway to direct hire based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

You will support production, quality, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing setting. The position requires reliable attendance, ability to follow detailed work instructions, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate clearly and follow detailed verbal instructions.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations within customer facilities.
• Assist with moving materials, products, and inventory throughout the worksite.
• Assemble, sort, inspect, and/or package parts using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment as needed.
• Read and follow work instructions, customer orders, and production specifications.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
