Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing or assembly operations.
• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize assembly processes and machine technology.
• Analyze and improve assembly line processes to maximize efficiency.
• Develop and maintain standard work instructions and process documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams for optimal line balancing.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives.
