Job summary

Responsibilities include assembling automotive products, rotating through stations, following standard work instructions, and participating in continuous improvement while maintaining 5S.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Experience working in assembly or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive products and components as part of a self-directed work team.
• Rotate through multiple assembly stations and perform a variety of production tasks.
• Follow standard work instructions (SWI) and all established procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain 5S housekeeping standards.
• Achieve operator certification according to plant requirements.
