Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in APQP or a related field in the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of APQP processes with FMEA, control plans, and validation methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement APQP process for new product development and launches.
• Create and manage project timelines, identify risks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments early in design.
• Define test plans for validation in agreement with product development and customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage pre-series/series validations and samples.
