Job summary

MavisTire is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join our state-of-the-art service center in the Hammond, LA area. You will align newly mounted tires and wheels using modern equipment, and adjust caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles to ensure safe, straight handling.

Responsibilities include performing state inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and other required services.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least one year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires, or equivalent education or training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties.
• Preferred state inspection license.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.

Automotive Alignment Technician

We are seeking a full‑time Automotive Alignment Technician to join our team at a state‑of‑the‑art automotive service center in the Hammond, LA area.

Position Overview

Automotive Alignment Technicians use the latest equipment to align newly‑mounted tires and wheels on customers' vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles, they reduce tire wear and ensure vehicles travel straight and true. Technicians also complete state‑mandated inspections, perform oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and other required automotive services.
