MavisTire is seeking an experienced Automotive Alignment Technician to join our team in Kilgore, Texas. This full-time position involves using advanced equipment to ensure vehicle alignment and reduce tire wear. Technicians will also perform state inspections and routine vehicle maintenance.

NTB and Tire Kingdom are proud to join the Mavis Tire Family. We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Alignment Technicians to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service, repair and tire sales centers in the Longview, TX area.
Automotive Alignment technicians use the latest equipment to align newly‑mounted tires and wheels on customers’ vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, our Automotive Alignment Technicians reduce customers’ tire wear and ensure serviced vehicles travel straight and true. Mavis’s Alignment Technicians also complete state‑mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs, and perform any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles.

To be eligible for the position of Automotive Alignment Technician you must (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. In addition, it is preferred that Automotive Alignment Technicians possess a state inspection license.
As an active position, Automotive Alignment Technicians are required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle and tire maintenance and repair. Alignment Technicians must regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
