Job summary

NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Culpeper, VA is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis. This role uses advanced equipment to align tires and wheels and adjust caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles to ensure safe, straight vehicle travel.

Responsibilities include state inspections, oil/ filter changes, and tire repairs, plus other routine automotive service tasks. On-the-job training is provided and employee benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in tire mounting/balancing.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; state inspection license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use advanced equipment to align tires and wheels and adjust caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles.
• Complete state inspections, oil and filter changes and tire repairs as required.
• Perform other automotive service or vehicle repairs to customers' vehicles.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in on‑the‑job training.
