Job summary

NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Chesterfield, VA is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician. You will use advanced equipment to align tires and wheels, measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and ensure vehicles travel straight and true.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or any combination of education, training and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
• It is preferred that Alignment Technicians possess a state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Use equipment to align tires and wheels, measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs.
• Carry out other required automotive service or vehicle repairs as needed.
