Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at our Bluffton, SC service center. You will use the latest equipment to align tires and wheels, measuring caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles to ensure safe, straight travel for customers' vehicles.

In addition to hands-on alignment work, you may perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, puncture repairs, and other shop services.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent.
• Preferred: state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using specified equipment to adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Reduce tire wear and ensure vehicles travel straight and true.
• Perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs.
• Complete additional automotive service or vehicle repairs as needed.
