Manufacture Incentive Clerk

Suntrup Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated car dealership seeking a full-time Administrative Clerk. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable as well as a dependable team-player.

Job Duties

• Review and approve all manufacturer incentives included on car deals.
• Submit all required incentive support to the manufacturer to receive reimbursement.
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the manufacturer incentives.
• Other duties as assigned to assist the organization.

Qualifications

• Time management skills.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Effective communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Must be able to meet established deadlines.
• Accounting knowledge and/or experience.
• Knowledge of DealerTrack is a plus.

Schedule Requirements

• Full-time: 40 Hours a week.
• Monday - Friday: Start at 7:00 am or 8:00 am (Flexible).
• Occasional overtime as business needs require.
