Job summary

Suntrup Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable Specialist in Mehlville, MO. You will prepare journal entries, review GL accounts, and perform daily bank reconciliations while resolving discrepancies and supporting the accounting team.

Ideal candidates have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Automotive dealership experience is a plus.

Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable Specialist

We are currently seeking a full-time Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable Specialist who is detail-driven, dependable, and takes pride in keeping financial operations accurate and on track.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and post journal entries as needed

• Review and maintain General Ledger accounts and supporting schedules for accuracy

• Perform daily bank account reconciliations

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

• Support the accounting team with additional duties as assigned
