Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years relevant automotive/electronic technician experience.
• Knowledge of OE scan tools preferred.
• Ability to service A/C systems.
• Strong diagnostic skills.
• Basic computer skills including email and spreadsheets.
• Willing to update knowledge through education.

Responsibilities

• Determines tests and analyses by communicating with shop and reviewing repair estimates.
• Performs diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations and analysis.
• Performs wiring repairs.
• Advises shop of needed repairs.
• Keeps inventory of stock, communicates with support staff for orders and receipts.
• Writes, prints and emails service invoices.
• Collects signature or payment for work performed.
• Delivers completed invoices and payments to the office in an orderly manner.
• Maintains shop equipment; troubleshoots issues; keeps supplies stocked; updates Google Drive.
• Collaborates with teammates according to PPT guidelines to schedule/complete jobs.
• Other duties, as assigned.
