Job summary

Protech in Missouri offers a paid Calibration Technician Apprentice program with mentorship and training to learn Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations by following OE specs and repair standards. You will gain confidence as a calibration technician across manufacturers, with initial training provided by Protech and ongoing education on new vehicle technology.

The goal is to graduate to a Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of month seven.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for insurance coverage.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous automotive experience.

• Demonstrates ability to learn and perform Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations according to OE specifications and repair standards.
• Gain practical experience and mentorship in automotive calibration technology.
• The program aims to graduate from Calibration Technician Apprentice to either a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month.

• Initial training is provided by Protech as well as a robust virtual support team and continuing education on new vehicle technology.
• The goal will be to graduate from a Calibration Technician Apprentice to either a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month in this role.
