Job summary

Findlay Chevrolet in Las Vegas is seeking a reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our business office team. The role focuses on processing payments, keeping accurate records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Ideal candidates have AR experience, strong detail orientation, proficiency in Excel and dealership systems, and solid communication skills. A high school diploma is required; accounting coursework is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and post customer payments accurately and timely.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and maintain deposit records.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding payment issues.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date files and documentation.
