Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Accounting Specialist to manage billing for retail and wholesale deals, calculate commissions, and support month-end close across our multi-brand group. This role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and experience with automotive billing systems.

The position offers weekly pay, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits as part of a large, employee-focused group with operations in multiple states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in automotive billing or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of billing software and systems is a plus.

• Weekly review of schedules
