South Charlotte Nissan is seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk in Charlotte, NC to join a dynamic, team-driven environment. You will process invoices, post payments, and support AR functions while collaborating with finance professionals in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Competenze

• Previous experience in accounting or finance, preferably automotive.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procedures.
• Proficient data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR and drug screening.

• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner for multiple clients or departments.
• Post payments and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform data entry related to billing and collections.
• Maintain organized billing records, documentation, and account information.
• Monitor billing activity and help ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with a large team to meet department goals and deadlines.
• Identify and resolve billing or account discrepancies as needed.
• Support the Controller and accounting team with day-to-day accounts receivable functions.
