Job summary

Toyota of Downtown Chicago is seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk to handle a variety of accounting transactions in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will process vendor invoices, post payments, balance payables, and maintain accurate vendor records.

The successful candidate will have dealership experience, knowledge of automotive DMS, and strong data entry and communication skills. This full-time on-site role offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities within the Murgado

Qualifications

• Some dealership experience required.
• Knowledge of automotive DMS.
• Administrative Skills, Organization, Data Entry.
• Analyzing and Verbal Communication Skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Stock in Vehicles
• Pull all of the Manufacturer billing and post (daily)
• Balance Manufacturers Payables Monthly Statements
• Post payments for vendor (monthly)File vendors statements and invoices with copy of check (monthly)
• Maintain W9’s
• Clean assigned schedules
• Order office supplies
• File daily deposits
• Back up accounts receivable
