Job summary

Holman is seeking a full-time Account Clerk to join our team in Raleigh, NC. You will review and process transactions, validate postings, and file documents electronically, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

The role requires basic accounting background, familiarity with CDK, and comfort with the Microsoft Suite. Automotive industry experience is a plus, and you will support other department functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting background preferred.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Automotive background preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Timely filing or scanning as required by processes.
• Escalate unresolved issues to supervisor and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Review and process transactions within the workflow system, including emails.
• Validate accounting and non-accounting transactions and ensure timely postings.
• File documents electronically as required by the team.
• Post transactions including banking, journal vouchers, and check requests.
• Compile documents and reconciliations as needed.
• Promote a positive work environment and provide backup coverage.
• Reconcile We Owe Accounts, Journal Entries, Schedule 9, and commissions for sales.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
