Vanguard Auto Group in Texas is seeking an accounting-support professional to maintain vehicle inventory records, manage floor plans, and post wholesale transactions. This role supports the accounting team in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Experience with franchise operations is required; Tekion DMS knowledge is a plus. Strong data-entry accuracy, computer proficiency, and multitasking are essential to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Franchise dealership experience is required.
• Tekion Automotive DMS knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry, reporting, and financial processing.
• Strong computer and analytical skills to operate in accounting software.
• Multitasking ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock in Inventory – Ensure accurate vehicle inventory records.
• Maintain Floor Plan – Track and reconcile dealership financing transactions.
• Posting Wholesale Transactions – Process wholesale vehicle sales and documentation.
• Additional Duties as Assigned – Support the accounting team as needed.
