Job summary

Vanguard Auto Group, a family-owned dealership with multiple Texas locations, seeks an organized inventory clerk to ensure accurate vehicle records and assist accounting functions. You will stock inventory, manage financing reconciliations, and post wholesale transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in franchise dealerships is required; Tekion DMS is a plus. We offer weekly pay, health insurance, 401(k) matching, life insurance, holidays, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Franchise dealership experience is required for consideration.
• Tekion Automotive DMS knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry, reporting, and financial processing.
• Strong computer and analytical skills for accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Stock in inventory and maintain accurate vehicle inventory records.
• Maintain floor plan and reconcile dealership financing transactions.
• Post wholesale transactions and related documentation.
• Assist accounting team with additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do:

• Stock in Inventory - Ensure accurate vehicle inventory records
• Maintain Floor Plan - Track and reconcile dealership financing transactions
• Posting Wholesale Transactions - Process wholesale vehicle sales and documentation
• Additional Duties as Assigned - Support the accounting team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Franchise Dealership Experience - Required For Consideration
• Tekion Automotive DMS Knowledge - Preferred, but not required
